Problem
SafetyIQ was built for insurance teams to analyze driver risk and safety patterns. Fleet managers needed exactly this data to run safer operations but the two products were working in complete silos. Fleet ops teams were making decisions without insights that already existed one product away.
Hidden Insight
This wasn't a build problem, it was a translation problem. The backend already had everything. The data just needed to be reframed from insurance language into operational language that fleet managers think and work in.
Solution
Proposed the integration to the team flagging that most features already existed in SafetyIQ and required no backend changes. Only redesign in Azuga design system.
Reduced estimated delivery from 4 quarters to 1-2 quarters by eliminating rebuild effort entirely
