SafetyIQ began as a focused dashboard designed in 2024 for a small but growing set of customers. As adoption increased, we began validating the experience through usability testing and deeper user research to better understand evolving needs. The next phase introduces AI-driven customization, enabling users to surface the insights that matter most to them.

Reporting Redesign

I was initially asked to redesign a few report screens, but it quickly became clear that the issue wasn’t just visual, it was structural. The reports were cluttered, hard to interpret, and didn’t really help users make decisions.

So instead of just improving the UI, I stepped back and rethought the entire experience, what data truly matters, how it should be grouped, and how users naturally try to understand it. The redesign evolved into transforming reports from dense, static screens into clear, insight-driven tools that actually support real-world decisions.
